It has started to get warm and now you have thoughts of eating outside. This is when you start thinking about food that seems to go with summer. This is one of my favorites.
Kidney Bean Salad
1 15 oz. can of Kidney Beans,
drained and rinsed
2 Hard Boiled Eggs, diced
10 Bread and Butter Pickles,
diced into small pieces
1 small Onion, diced into small
pieces
2 Tbsp Miracle Whip
- Put the first four ingredients in a bowl. Stir them together.
- Add the Miracle Whip. Toss the salad until the Miracle Whip coats all the other ingredients.
- Refrigerate for an hour or two before serving.
